Prices displayed on the website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZ$). Prices displayed include GST (12.5%). All prices are correct at time of publication, however we reserve the right to alter the price for any reason. If this happens with an item you have ordered, we will contact you prior to delivery.

Payment may be made by Cheque, Direct Credit into the bank account of GOINK Limited. Orders will be processed only after receiving the buyer's cheque or proof of payment by Direct Credit into the bank account of GOINK Limited. We also accept cash payment for some areas. See How to Pay.

We offer FREE shipping anywhere within New Zealand .
We generally ship orders within one to three business days. Backorders and some delay might occur on certain items depending on overall availability. Shipping time depends on whether the item is in stock. If the item is in stock and ordered before 2:00pm on weekdays it will usually arrive the next business day. It will take a bit longer if you are outside of Auckland. If the item is not in stock, we will advise you how long the item will take to deliver by email.
Once the products has been couriered, we will not be held liable for delays caused by the postal service, couriers and airlines. See Free Shipping.

Our Returns Policy
If you want to return the products which are purchased from, you must inform us by email. We will inform you to return the products within two working days. We'll pay the return shipping cost that we agree with the carrier and method of delivery if the return is a result of our error .

For Faulty Products:
Before you contact us, please read the Technical Supports on our website to see if you can easily remedy the problem yourself. If you really have faulty products, We will either provide a replacement or refund you for the faulty products. However, you will be required return the faulty goods before any replacements or refunds are issued.

If one of the following condition happens, The warranty does not cover
1. Any product can not be recognized as the original manufacturer
2. Damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from accident, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning, or other
acts of nature, unauthorized product modification.
3. Any damage of the product due to shipment
4. Warranty period expired
5. Other items specified in the formal contract

For Wrong Products Delivered:
We will pay all costs to deliver the correct products to you. You must, however, return the incorrect products to us before we can send the 'correct' one out. We will pay for freight back to you provided that we agree with the carrier and method of delivery.

For Wrong Products Ordered:
We may replace the products. However,you will be required to pay the difference if the replacement costs more than the original purchase. The products must be in original unused, undamaged, resaleable condition. All costs associated returns are the responsibility of the Customers.

No claim relating to the Products will be considered unless made within thirty (30) days of deliver.
We guarantee that when used as directed, the compatible cartridges sold by will not damage your printer. If you have any problems with our products, we must be first point of contact. Notify us and we will take care of your printer free of charge if our cartridges are found to be at fault.

Order Acceptance Policy reserves the right to refuse service, to close accounts, to cancel orders, or to terminate affiliate and other marketing programs that it deems harmful to the company.
